About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Advisor within our boat manufacturing business based in the marine precinct of Coomera. This is a generalist role, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to become a key part of our business. Ideal work times would be 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, however we are flexible to discuss further.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience in a Manufacturing environment or similar (preferred)
Incredibly strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive projects and collaborate with large teams.
Provide guidance and support to our staff on all HR related matters across the employee lifecycle
Champion our processes and provide support to leaders relating to performance management frameworks and procedures
Take ownership of analysing monthly HR Metrics, tracking data to identify areas of improvement.
Drive identified HR initiatives through the business
You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field will be highly desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Team player with a commitment to working collaboratively
Great problem solving skills, you will thrive on thinking outside the box.
A background in manufacturing, construction, blue collar businesses would be highly regarded
