• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for the manufacture of our large boat products
• Operating robot machines, routers and press machines
• Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal
• Regular use of power tools, hand tools, brake press machine, circular saws, and millers
• Full Australian working rights
• Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
• Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
